GENERAL PROVISIONS
Contract Acceptance: By placing an order via the www.mumywrap.com website, you are deemed to have declared that you have read and accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract electronically.
Governing Legislation: These return and withdrawal terms are arranged in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the provisions of the “Regulation on Distance Contracts” published in the Official Gazette No. 29188 dated 27.11.2014.
Delivery and Acceptance: Products are delivered to the address you specified within 30 days from the date of purchase. If the delivery cannot be made within this period, the consumer may terminate the contract.
Product Conformity: The seller is responsible for delivering the product in accordance with the specifications in the order, complete, with undamaged packaging, and with all accompanying documents such as warranty certificates and user manuals.
Force Majeure: Delivery may be delayed or not possible in cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond the seller’s control, such as war, strike, terrorism, natural disasters, or interruption of transportation. The seller shall notify the buyer of this situation as soon as possible. The buyer may cancel the order, request replacement with a similar product, or request the delivery to be postponed until the impediment is removed. In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal Period: The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address they specified, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the consumer’s personal request or needs, non-standard, personalized products (e.g., custom prints, made-to-measure), unsealed software programs, DVDs, CDs, goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swim caps) if unsealed by the consumer.
Withdrawal Notification: To use the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (in writing) within the 14-day period to the contact details below.

Return Process and Conditions:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, in its original packaging with no damage, tags must not be removed, and the original invoice/return invoice (for corporate orders) must be returned.
Products to be returned must be sent back complete with their original box, packaging, and all accessories.
The return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 (ten) days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. For credit card refunds, it may take 2-3 weeks for your bank to reflect the amount in your account.
RETURN (DEFECTIVE/FAULTY GOODS) AND WARRANTY TERMS
Return of Defective Goods: If you determine a defect (fault/malfunction) in the product you received, you can contact us within the warranty period. The shipping cost for the inspection and necessary repair of defective products is borne by the Seller.
Product Inspection Obligation: When receiving the product from the cargo officer, if there is visible crushing, damage, or tear on the package, it is recommended that you inspect the product or request a “controlled delivery” and have a report drafted, returning the product without accepting it. Otherwise, the product is deemed to have been delivered intact.
PAYMENT AND OTHER ISSUES
Non-Payment: If the Buyer does not pay the product price or the payment is cancelled in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ceases.
Unauthorized Credit Card Use: If it is determined after the product is delivered that the credit card used for payment was used by unauthorized persons without the Buyer’s fault, and the bank does not transfer the payment to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to return the product within 3 business days, provided that the shipping cost is covered by the Seller.
